  • MOINKS with homemade oink.

Made some MOINK balls to snack on today. These should be close enough to the Official MOINK that the brethren guys won't get mad at me.

Started with the prerequisite frozen beef meatballs, but I used some homemade bacon from a cold smoke a little while back.

Meatballs wrapped up and dusted with rub

MOINKS hanging out in the UDS with a chuck roast

When they were almost done I brushed them with some store-bought bbq sauce that I thinned a little with a vinegar finishing sauce.

Gobbled up in a hurry is right. We were supposed to bring some to a friends house, but between my wife and I there weren't any left to take.
