    My UDS build, FINALLY.

    Was a beautiful day out yesterday, so JDT came over, and got me offa my butt, to finally start werking on the drum.

    The usual suspect.



    drilling the 3 holes.....2 3/4's and one 1' for the ball valve.



    My partner in crime, loading up the drum with pallet wood, and some junk firewood.



    FIRE IN THE HOLE......



    fire burning down, and the coals at the bottom.

    let us not cry because we lost someone, but let us smile because we enjoyed their company for what time was allowed us!

        I wouldn't mind having one of those, I'm just too lazy to build one. Looking forward to the rest of yours though.

          sweet WD, soon to be done and kicked back with some adult drinks while the low and slow gets done. waiting to see how the rest of the project turns out.

                            JDT and I been scheming on different ways of customizing it.

                            now that i DON"T HAVE A SMOKER ANYMORE........lol (if the neighbors hadn't been outside grilling, I would of stomped the main body FLAT!), will be getting on with this project.
