    simple..

    2lbs of fresh shrimp
    6 mini ears of corn
    a link of sausage sliced 1" thick
    my rub or tony cacherie's
    1 bottle sauce.
    6 slices of lemon.

    the pics say the rest- i did this over apple chips & skeet chunks & lump for around 1.5 hrs.





    harbour fries.
    1/4'd taters w/ garlic,onion pwdrs,fajita spice or tony cacheries' & evoo. topped w/ cheddar,bacon,cilantro(i was out of chopped chives)& sour cream.
    brink vertical charcoal(the carp)
    18" old smokey charcoal grill/smoker
    cast iron Hibachi
    22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
    & rotisserator
    12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
    stuffer,slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
    Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....
