UDS= ugly drum smoker - which most ain't!

Inexpensive ta build, very efficient, cheap ta operate, perty easy ta control temps an there perty portable. I usually run bout 1/3 rd back a briqs per smoke, so that makes large smokin jobs perty resonable. I can get 10 3 pound birds on my two racks an not crowd nobody.

Do bout 6 racks a spare ribs per run.

Ya build em yerself an there's a fair mount a pride in that.

    Looks sumtin like this:

      What he said.

Plus, they'll run for a LONG time with very little intervention on a single load of fuel -- like 16+ hours.

      Good for overnight smokes.
