First a Big Thank you allowing me in and second to White Cloud for the info. I am from up in thumb of Michigan about 30 miles from White Cloud but we haven't met yet. I have had 3 smokers starting on electric, then switched to the GOSM and then traded to up to GOSM Big Block. My current plans are to purchase a MES 40 w/glass door and to build me a wood one this summer for cold smoking and kinda like warming oven.
Other hobbies include walleye fishing and debating the pickeral/walleye debate. I also enjoy deer hunting. Looking forward to adding what little knowledge I have and finally getting to learn how to post pics.

Glad you made it over. Welcome. I have a 10.2 pound pickeral hangin on the wall in the living room. Caught it up in canada on the Pickeral River, I caught a blue pickeral up there once even though there is no size limit ( well at that time ) I threw it back it was only 13 inches.
