    1st Sourdough thanks to BASSMAN

    A big thanks to BASSMAN. PM'd him over a week ago about his sourdough starter. Sent me a dried sample to start making my own, and wal-la, my first batch of bread that actually turned out. The whole house smelled incredible. Did per his instructions and it turned out great. Have attempted to make bread several times with no luck, but this time it turned out.

                  Looks great man. I got my starter started. Thanks Tom. Still a little intimidated about bread baking...Im really NOT a baker...maybe next weekend.
