  • Hunky Rotisserie Turkey

Here's a turkey that I roasted yesterday for my kid's birthday. It's a 10 ponder, brushed with watered down terriyaki sauce, and then I applied salt, garlic powder, and the Mad Hunky rub, then roasted for about 4 hours. Served it with mashed potatoes & gravy, dressing and dinner rolls.

I wish I would have remembered to take a pic of all this plated, but I didn't. It was something to behold though.

Wow... how good does THAT look! Never tried the MH rub on turkey, but it stands to reason it must be OK...works on chicken...sooo..

You made the birthday boy work for dinner?

The turkey looks great. I'd dig into that.
