    I will be smoking a 12 pound turkey and finishing it in the SRG to crisp it up. After that I will be smoking a 9.5 pound brisket for the first time.

    Alrighty the turkey is out of the SRG, rested and ready to carve.

    Ok a little to much brown sugar for the SRG but still looks good.


    Yep this turkey smoked and roasted to a nice juicy dinner.




    Tasted great. Wife will food saver it up and freeze in meal size. Now tommorow is the BRISKET,

      That is one great looking turkey! I can see the juice next to the thigh just ready to make gravy.

              That brisket is on the smoker as I post this, Look in the beef area and you will see my all night posting.
