My boss was out somewhere in wyoming this fall and shot a buffalo.Lucky sob:lol:Anyway he gave me a few pounds of ground burger so tonight I took 2 lbs and and made 4 burger patties took 6 strips of crispy fried bacon and crushed it up and mixed it into the patties:drooling:

took some mushrooms .onions,red andyellow sweet peppers and sauted them before placing on 2 of the patties

also no pic but I globed a big ole chunk of creame cheese on top of the shrooms.then I placed the other pattie's on top and seald shut:banana_smiley:

had pot roast buffalo - tasted like beef, seemed like waste of buffalo to me, but it was what i was given lol - I reckon those burgers would be seriously tasty !

I had a Buffalo burger the other day at Fudruckers.. It was really good... But by the looks of these I know these were better... Great job!!!
