  • Sour Sourdough

    Still playing with my wild yeast. This bread was fermented overnight in the fridge to develop a nice tang like the San Francisco sourdough.

        Nice....looks gooood! Gave my daughter a cup or so of starter this morning. Me & her gonna have a throwdown!

          Good looking sourdough, Keith. I like the air pocket texture and it looks like a crispy crust.
