Went and picked up 6 butts and 4 slabs at kroger on sale, and spied 2 3 Lb packages of this stuff... Hunky Cracklin' biskets and bean additions durn cheap!

Sweet deal! I gotta try them bisquits, they look to die for. Were the ribs and butts of the enhanced nature? Gotta graduation party coming up and need both for it.

Nope... decent stuff too. Butts were running 8-10 lbs. Kinda thin on the fat cap...but will be OK.

I cant get the non injected butts or ribs at Dillons which is owned by Kroger. I gotta go to a butcher to get natural anything these days...

Well, crap..they are "enhanced" Sodium phosphate and salt brine looks like. Ah well, it's not a problem for what I'm doing. Mainly hams, so they'll be "enhanced" anyway LOL!
