I never knew this site existed. Looks like a great place with a lot of bbq pro’s here.
Glad to have found you all. I am From Virginia and looking forward to learning from you guys.
I am currently smoking on a couple of horizontal smokers w/sfb. They are in bad need of mods.
I am also in the process of building a couple of cookers that I hope will work better than what I am using now.
