Saw this stick burner on our way to church this morning. It's sitting in an auction yard where they have monthly auctions. I'm tempted to go to the auction just to see what this rig sells for. If you look closely, there are TWO sides to this smoker...

Wow looks like the setup I plan on building. Though not as big lol. Plan on setting the 500 gallon propane tank on the trailer in the same way.
