    Man this was an almighty huge samndwich but it was dispatched in short order...

    The giradiniera was a mix of both moild & hot with bell peppers added in.

      Did you smoke the meat?
      Whenever I do Italian beef I smoke (generally a chuckie) I smoke to 165 and then finish in its own juices.

            Thanks for the pics, its a tasty looking beast. Ive been meaning to try making some of those up myself, gotta be one of my favorite sandwiches. Always stop somewhere when I visit the outlaws in Chicago.

                There's a place not far from here that opened about a year ago. Everyone is raving about their italian beef sandwich. So, I finally had to try it. If my mother hadn't raised me right, I'd have shoved that 6.00 sandwich down his throat.

                  Real nice Dan...I have gotten some good eats outta that Amazing ribs website. I like the way he writes and the man definitely enjoys some good food. The maple glaze pig candy is also one of my staple sauces for ribs. Hadn't been there in a while...I will have to nose around again, because that sammie looks Fantastic!
