I've got a couple of hot sauces y'all might like to try, if you haven't already... Delaware's Big Fish Grill Seafood Hot Sauce, and Tiger Sauce.
The Tiger Sauce was introduced to me by ALX at the Salisbury comp. It has a slightly sweet, tangy flavor with a nice moderate heat finish. Very good on pork and poultry, probably other meats as well. It is readily available at most grocery stores.
The Big Fish Grill Seafood Hot Sauce is a bit sweeter than the Tiger brand, very flavorful (it has Georgia peaches and Vidalia onions in it), and finishes about the same as the Tiger, with a moderate heat. This sauce is made locally in Delaware, and can be found at the Big Fish Grill in both Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach, or online at http://www.peppers.com ... they are the folks that make it. I really love the flavor of this sauce! I am gonna experiment with it this weekend on some BB ribbage... Stay tuned!
