Buffalo Burgers. Quick and easy.

Did some buffalo burgers recently and they were mighty tasty so I decided to do them again the other night.
I love the texture of buffalo meat, it is a lot softer than ground beef not to mention very lean.

Mixed up a pack of buffalo meat with some bread crumbs, worcestershire, green onions, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper.
Grilled and topped with garden and a slice of cheddar/jack cheese.
Also had some stuffed shrooms cause I love 'em.
