Got Pork Butts @ $1.35 lb and probably 50 cents worth of seasoning for 5 lbs of Jimmy Dean clone sausage that tastes awesome. (About $7.25 for 5 lbs) The 1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage chubs sell for about $3.49 - $4.99 a lb here. Also nice to be able to control the fat content of whatever you are grinding.
