    Vlap, we must have had some ESP going tonight Buddy..... With me being in Washington (State) & you in Flo-Rida thats a long way away, but I had the same idea when I hit the grill tonight..... I hope I am not intruding on your Simplicity post or theme, that is not my intention, but to further reinforce it, I offer this West Coast picture & Molson Beer induced recap......

    Health food crisis 2010..... UPDATE..... WIFE DIET'S ON....... Biggest Loser on at her work amongst 10 of them..... 6 weeks...... What's my job?..... Cook good food, healthy, and stop bringing home crap for them to woof down. I typically don't eat the crap, but lately...... I have been .... .... So Lean Protein & lots of vegetables.... Tonight's offering is Tilapia, marinated in CHEAP Italian Dressing for about 6 hours ..... Turkey Kielbasa Sauages..... Fresh Veggies Skewered up: Corn on the cob, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Onions, Zuchinni...... Basted during the grilling process with CHEAP Italian dressing mixed with Jalapeno sauce for a ~little~ heat....

    Getting a little grill on


    Grilling finished -Kosher Salt & Fresh Cracked Black Pepper


    Served Up..... Turkey Sausage On Top & Tilapia Below

    There is alot of us on here that could save some money on t-shirts if we were charged by the size If we all ate that way.I'm just sayingfor makin' the little woman happy,Is this wife 4 or 5?

        There's something I haven't done in a while, veggie skewers...and some turkey kielbasa makes that one tasty dish!

              Looks good (apart for the zucchini lol)

              Been thinking about turkey sausages recently too :-)

              You do know you can eat healthy without compromising on meat right ?

              Venison is fat free and low cal. As is bison and the good cuts of beef.
              Obviously the poultry sausages, but pretty much anything can be made just as tasty and without the fat.

                Thats a fine lookin plate of veggies...but youre gonna get tired of chicken/turkey/fish... Ya gotta have some ribs sooner or later

                  Those veggies look perfect, Scott! I love them done on the grill just like that! But if I don't have the time to skewer them (or too lazy is more like it), I'll just wrap them in foil with a little oil and toss them on the grate!
