  • Mad Hunky Chicken Scoop Nacho Bombs

Kid loves the Nacho thingy....... Picked up some SCOOPS instead of regular chips for an experiment... (I'm sure its been done 15 Zillion times before) but this was my first......As I was putting them together, he said we are having
"Chicken Nacho Bombs" for dinner to his friend........ Guess what his buddy's response was....... Huh?.......... SO....here it is....... Tostito's Scoop chips.... with a Thumb sized chunk of (I used Mad Hunk Grilled Chicken Breast), a chunk of Olive, a Thumb sized piece of Mozzarella Cheese..... topped off with some Tillamook Cheddar..... Bake @ 400* for about 8 - 12 minutes..... Cool off for a couple.....Then serve....... Appetizers?

    Not much here

    Getting Better here

Ready to serve, they like them with the cheese just barely melted..... (I would have turned on the broiler & put some Black on those F#%&*=s) but they were still tastey..... and in a single serving size was kinda neat

Great idea Dana, kids & wife don't like anything "HOT" though. Now that you mention that..... What else could be put in them?

Hey now that's a thought! Not a bad idea really...
Sure look like a bomb appetizer Scott! Maybe some minced Ortega chilies or a little bit of Meowy's Mac N Cheese.

Hell I could eat that whole pan full myself...I like the jalapeno idea...Hmmm... I got a bowl full of leftover PP that might work well in place of the chicken... for getting the wheels rolling...
