I love a blueberry pancake fatty and so do my kids,lots of maple syrup enhances the greatness then,,I wanted to do a shrimp eggroll(style)fattie but guests were allergic so its an all veg filling.Shredded cabbage and carrots, seperate pan ginger garlic, scallions and mushrooms all combined.bit of sesame oil and oyster sauce.
Ground pork seasoned with 5 spice then layered with chinese rub sauce. Close CLOSE tie, the shrimp wouldvve sealed the deal. Cut and served too fast for full pictures but heres my serving of each...

The filling on the asian roll may not be colorful but it was right on!!

Bluberry faties are tried and true BUT ...PLEASE do not neglect that asian style fatty, dont use breakfast sausage (flavor conflict) use ground pork or your own ground sausage unseasoned. It was a first for me and a new favorite for sure.

what if i make it Szechuan blueberry? LoL of course I deliver. Actually the idea came from another post where you suggested seafood, friends allergies kept the shrimp out.
