  • Smoked Salmon

    Smoked me up 2 nice Salmon fillets today on the Brinkman.
    Turned out real nice, used hickory and cherry.
    Also used a bit of pickling spice just to give them a zing.

    Not too sure how I'm going to serve them yet will let you know.

    Looks like they are just ready to flake apart, nice job!

    Don't see any fat that bubbled and formed on top, you had those temps proper
