It is cool and refreshing on those hot summer days and is busting with flavor and colors...
And the best part it's easy to make...
Items you will need...
12oz. Small Pasta Shells
1 - 15oz. Drained Diced Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Fine Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Fine Chopped Bell Pepper
1 - 8oz. Sliced Olives.
1 - 10oz. Zesty Italian Dressing
Cook pasta, drain and cool under cold water. Add all veggies.
Add dressing to desired consistency. Place in frig for 3-4 hours to chill.
You can add Parmesan or cubed cheese if you wish, but wait till you are ready to serve..
Enjoy!
