Guess we missed that one Any ideas? Got more temp probes and True Temp thermo running this... looks like a science experiment.

Errrrrrr....14 pounds at 230 degree took eight hours.....I have a rather long bridge for sale across the chesapeake bay...only 2 miles from house....

Ok, now I gotta give it up for the FARKEN DRUM!!! Jimmyz brought his "twins" over and I have never seen a uds in action!!! Fhuuuuck! I have drum envy! These babies are so efficient they are out of this world! We actually got some sleep last night and they are still running strong 10 lbs of charcoal and wood since about 3 yesterday... Awesome!! i must get one of these.. I get it now you UDS peeps... WOW! Today we gave some burnt ends a try... ok.. outta this world! yard bird just came off.. we got some pix before it was all gone... now the ribs and the butts... sheesh.. so much food so little room!
