Hi , sort of new to smoking meats only been playing around with it for about 6months .Its been way too cold here lately -30 C + wind chill factor looks like it might be warming up so I can get at it again. I have a som deer hinds all boned out in the freezer ready to tackle ,I did some last summer it was a huge hit with the family . Looking forward to doing my bacon from my pigs also plus I would like to try some sausage making .So many thing to do not enough spare time or money well have to get back to the wood pile this winter has taken its toll on my firewood supplies to keep warm.
