You know those logs of rolled up mozzarella and prosciutto that you get in the deli area of the grocery store that you're supposed to slice up and serve cold?

How 'bout taking a couple and making them the centerpiece of a fatty?

I used Italian sausage, some extra mozzarella, and rolled it up in some more prosciutto (Boar's Head) to stick with the theme. Smoked with olive -

Served with my Italian potatoes (diced red potatoes, tossed in EVOO, salt, garlic, rosemary, and some fresh shredded Parmesian - then backed at 350F until desired done-ness; I go about an hour and half)

I made this up last weekend and forgot to post pics (didn't realize until I was messing with the camera this afternoon)

Of all the times I have come across those in the supermarket I never once thought how amazing (and rich) that would be in a fattie.
Hot damn that must have been a good fattie and expensive too if your prscuitto prices are anything like ours are.
