    kiddo's B-Day cook

    ribeys -uncle chris' steak seasoning,garlic pwdr,balsamic vin,& worchy.
    shrooms in butter w/red sweet peppers,garlic,& onion
    shrimp-marinaded in italian dressing,lime juice,& garlic
    abt's-onion & chive cream cheese w/ crumbled fatty,garlic,paprika,& comino
    brisket flat-just sea salt,cbp,& garlic pwdr over oak @ 300. pulled & rested @ 185ish

    new toy for the kettle






    2hrs







    brink vertical charcoal(the carp)
    18" old smokey charcoal grill/smoker
    cast iron Hibachi
    22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
    & rotisserator
    12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
    stuffer,slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
    Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....
