I have been using bass pro's uncle bucks seasoning for a few years. Ever since I got the fish seasoning for fish. I have only used it a dozen or so times over 5 years since they do not sale it at local stores. I got some fish and chicken seasoning in ft lauderdale on vacation in march and got to try it this week. Did about 2 pounds sliced in strips and deep fried. I took it and cut it down to strips in 1 or 2 inchs strips and breaded then let it sit and dipped in egg wash and re breaded. This gave a semi thick but not overly thick breading.
GOd it is the best chicken I have ate in the world. Most of uncle bucks is spicy. But this does not really hit you hard just a little hit of it. IT does not over power the chicken and makes the best of both worlds.
