look at all the familiar names... wow... I'm new here but not to smoking/grilling... I think a lot of you will recognize me... I have a new braunfels offset, gasser grill, ecb, and working on some drums and a dishwasher electric... I love being outdoors and love to learn... so maybe we can help each other...
