    upper 60's here in kansas today & kroger had ribs on sale so mama did the st louie thing on them rubbed em down last night and now on we go. also had some turkey drummies in the freezer why not ribs & drummies. we ended up with some duck eggs so i thinks i'll try the smoke thing on them too butt mama says i have to use another smoker as she don't like duck eggs. i've never done eggs befor so there could be a mess lol.

                  Seeing the pictures of the ribs has gotten me hungry and I just eatten supper. Looks like I will have to fire up my back yard somker this weekend with 80 degree weather and a lot of cold ones.

                            i did the eggs in apple smoke this is a first for me 2.5 hrs at 225* come out just like hard boiled. nice smokey flavor wanted to make some deviled eggs out of them but the shell didn't coperate for that. next time i'll try chicken eggs and hickory.
