I posted my Homemade Smoker previously here, but can't find it now...Well,Here it is again....I call it my Ultimate Big Iron Smoker because I've added other attachments.....I used two propane tanks. 250 gallon and a 150 gallon...Cut 30"'s off the 150 gal tank and fabricated the firebox. The other part, I attached it to the front of the 250 gal tank using a connector box I fabricated. This was a heck of a task getting everything to fit together and come up with this smoker..It really works extremely good....Draws perfect...holds temp very good. To control the temp, I designed a throttle plate between the firebox and the full reverse plate underneath the cooking chamber.. The heat is controlled by a lever on the right outside of the smoker......If anyone has any questions,I'll be glad to provide you with any of the details or photographs....I have over 200 pictures of the build from start to finish. Here are a few of the build in process. You can message me at : carlwms5943@gmail.com
