TRY THIS, something different...
1 lb. raw cashews
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary(finely chopped)
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
roast cashews@375 for 10mins. or untill lightly toasted
mix other ingredients in a large bowl. add roasted cashews
and toss. store in sealed container.i think you could make this with
other nut too!ENJOY
