  • Breakfast Burritos

Capt. Dan and I was discussing his omelets and he mentioned turning em into a breakfast burrito. It was a great idea, so the othernite we tried em out.

We used his method of making omelets and then take a flour soft shell taco, spread shredded cheese on it, heated it up to melt the cheese, and placed the omelet in side

    finished burrito

will be doing these again. Maybe try em out at the gathering. His omelets was a great hit at the last one !

Those look pretty good Dude. Going to use the omelet in a bag method next time we're having folks for breakfast. I'll put out the burrito fixins to go with them. .

                      Good post WD.
I have been a sceptic of omlette's this way, but you are nudging towards trying this. The pics look like it is worth me trying.

Any thoughts on this being an omlette to make up, freeze (pending ingredients) and warming up in the microwave for a quick breakfast; and then adding your other non freezer freindly ingreidients with the wrap?

Bob, if you would check out my other post on making these, you will see i make em with the CB i made, onions green peppers, hot peppers, pimentos, cheese, etc etc etc.

what we did at last years gathering, is diced up a whole bunch of ingreadiants, and let each person, make up their own combo's. Just write your name on the bag, and toss it in the boiling water. Now that i got some smitty's, that will also be going into the mix. But what is so great about doing omelets this way, each person gets what he/she wants in their own omelet.
