    This is a very simple way to get some mighty tasty smoked nuts
    Costco Mixed Nuts - sprinkle with Chipotle and Garlic
    225 for 3 hours


    These get rave reviews and they are so simple

      The wife saw this and went ape **it over them cashews. I think I see this in my very near future Thanks for sharing this, there couldn't be anything wrong with that combination!

                      I use the Chipotle from Penzys and the Garlic powder from Costco - this is so simple it is embarassing to post -if you try this once you will be hooked - I was just messing around with the smoker one day and threw the Costco nuts in with this mix and am shocked how good they are

                              Sorry Gary, I could not find Chipotle powder on my way home, but did manage to find something called ~Chili Lime Seasoning~ ....... So I used that with a little Garlic powder..... Tasted Great unsmoked.... They are in the smoker right now.... I did toss the nuts with EVOO to coat in a bowl... then applied the ~Chili Lime Seasoning~ & Garlic & mixed.

                              Here they are going into the smoker.... 250* for about 2 hours planned


                              After 2 hours under Hickory Supervision...... They are Awesome
