Well, Had to figure something out to do a cold smoke for my bacon. only one pic but you'll get the idea. Was able to maintain a nice low temp. wanted to be at 60 but could only manage 80. but it was very cold outside and the bacon turned out just fine. I managed about 13 hrs with it before I was ready for bed.
I have 3 barrels, So I'm thinking that I'll keep this thing as just do a few more things to it. Think it will do fine for a uds cold smoker.
