Spare Rib Nacho Supreme!

Shared that yesterday we took a pile of spares and beans to the lake and enjoyed them with a bunch of friends.

Got back today, hot and tired, so with the skirts and a few of the deboned ribs, we had a damn fine snack!

Outstanding Walle. I now have another use for the trimmings from the ribs. We always have cheese sauce, salsa and beans around here anyhow. It all makes since, if ya can do it with PP, a chuckie or a brisket, why not rib trimmings. Ya done good again.
