BLT = Berkshire, Lettuce & tomato

Knocked out some of the Berkshire pig bacon I got a couple weekends ago, and I gotta say this bacon was the best I have ever had. Thick cut, lots of flavor.

the blt has to be one of my favorite summer sandwiches. I even mounded a little of that slaw on mine for a few bites.
