    homemade pizza burgers............1/3rd lb each of italian sausage......plus had couple 1/4 lbers in the freezer, and thought make em up......they reheat well..........



    smoked em at bout 250........with hickory........saving the apple and cherry for tomorrows boston butt...........

    rained today..........so laural-li.......this pic for you.......my red neck shelter



    ready for the pizza sauce for bout 20 minutes



    buns on here to get some smoke



    sauced up and cheese being added........a smoke mozz. i did couple weeks ago..........



    plated



    and a shot of the burger.......no sense in doing one of the italian sausage, since its red inside to begin with



    no bacon this time........but another one i will do again...........


    let us not cry because we lost someone, but let us smile because we enjoyed their company for what time was allowed us!
