Mad Hunky Nut Rub

.....I laughed while typing that.....

But..... Once again, we are finding out that the Mad Hunky Rub is so much more than a breakfast drink..... It's also Kick Ass on smoked nuts ..... Ran the Rub through the spice mill to grind it into a fine powder...... Some EVOO to coat the nuts, then layed on the fine powder Mad Hunky Dust & mix well..... Smoking now under Hickory supervision.

Doc Phreak & Scarbelly are to blame for my latest favorite snack.....NUTS

They are.... uh......not really sure.... ..... Whatever they sell at Costco in the plastic Jars.... Wish I was more help....

Yes it did stick on well....... I ran it through the spice grinder so it was very fine.... I did put EVOO on the nuts first & mixed really good, so they had a light layer of oil for the Hunky to stick to..... Turned out Great

and walle the kind i bought were the same mix nuts but with sea salt it says nothing about being roasted but i bet they are to a certain point...

If they are from a can or a jar I think its safe to assume they arent raw...also if they are done in 1.5 hours at 230 they arent raw...
I always have done raw but this looks like a great idea...gonna hafta try it...
