  • Not smoked, but fried chops

Fran (my wife) wanted to make some breaded chops for dinner. But didn't have enough bread crumbs. So I suggested to take some unsalted almonds and crush them up. Added them to the bread crumbs. Still wasn't enough for the chops. So what else could we add to this?????? Pancake mix. woohoo.
So with equal parts of bread crumbs, crushed almonds and pancake mix, (along with eggs) we now have made up our batter. Quite surprised at the results. Very good. Here is a picture.

    Thanks for looking.

That's what I call winging it. Sometimes they come out delicious, and well, sometimes not. Looks like yours did.
