Big upcoming smoke

The 21st of this month I will be smoking for about 15 coworkers at my house as it is easier. The guests will be bringing sides and booze. The menu for me to worry about will be:

Pulled pork, brisket, dillo eggs, abts, sausage, and the wife is making a hash brown casserole that is a killer. Since it is a semi company funtion I will be turning all meat reciepts in for reimbursement. Will take pics when the time comes up and post the party! Mostly good folks so clean up will have plenty of hands. Oh yeah I will be making my Snake venom Q sauce and a pulled pork finishing sauce.
