  • I just purchased.......

I just purchased some apple wood and its in pieces that's 10'' to 12" in length. I figured I would try something different since all I have ever used is the bag of hickory chunks you get at walmart or your local grocery store and I had been gettin my food a lil to smokey until I found this place, so here's my question how much of this size and flavor wood should I use on a few racks of st louies in my chargriller outlaw.

Hand size pieces seem to be a popular option here.
