This is from a while back but I thought I'd share it here.
Once upon a rainy Sunday Morning, it became necessary to be a little creative with breakfast.
The ingredients;

bacon, eggs, freshly grated potatoes, cheese, milk, salt & pepper.

Da bacon.

Da taters cookin, with fresh ground pepper and salt added.

Da taters flipped, with a little more fresh ground pepper and salt added.

Adding the eggs an cheese( you have to turn the heat down low at this point to cook the eggs and not burn the taters.
