it is my grand daughter's 3rd birthday today. i was asked to bring something for the smoker.... how about pulled pork

I got a good price $1.29 per lb

you are right, she could care less. but it is becoming a tradition that we have something smoked for the family holidays. they love eatting it, i love cooking it, it seems to be a good fit.

sorryno smoker picks i was just to tired last night. The butts are foiled and 170* right now. I promise some picks later today.

In April, it will be my grandson's 6th birthday. He doesn't like anything but rice or pasta (well maybe chocolate with no nuts in it). I think I'm going to smoke him a 15 pound brisket. If he won't eat it, the adults will just have to show him how it's done!
