my first butt on this site, with q-view

well this is the first post Ive made on here food related, just havent had time lately to do any, but today, thats all gonna change. Even gotta go do some photo shooting for a wedding, but I dont care!

I got a 7 pounder out of the freezer yesterday, thawed it in cold water, and put the mustard and rub to it last night, then got up this moring at 3:30 to get everything going.

Here's a pic of the start, I gotta add somemore lumpage here in a bit I'll snap some more pics when I do that.
