  • Happy B-Day to me!!

    Just ordered my GOSM propane smoker. Now I have to wait....Got the 21" version, for what I "plan" on doing, should be more than big enough...we will see..

    Charcoal Grill
    Stainless Steel Gas Grill (for when I'm really lazy)

        Glad you made a decision. You're going to like that one. Wish I would have gotten the larger one. Plenty of folks with that same unit if you got any questions.

          Heh..we ALWAYS think we have enough smoker the first time... or the second...or by the third one for sure. Usually.

              You all dont have to worry about tha. Gonna be a long week... Guess Ill put new element in my Sausage-Maker "cool" smoker and finish up my bacon I have curing.

                Glad to hear it. BTW, I have a 1200W single burner that I use in the GOSM for "cool" smokes. It's made by Betty Crocker, believe it or not. I can keep it at 80 for smoked cheese in the summer and get 180 even in the winter. If it isn't too cold. Use sawdust or chips in the pan. Another option for ya.
