    Ordered my GOSm propane Wed. It is already here. Surprised to find on front porch Sat, they said Thurs, talk about quick turn around. Made some bacon today

          Yes and it seems to have turned out pretty good. did 1 with dry sugar cure and one with a wet syrup cure.

                so you're cold smoking in a propane powered smoker.

                What sort of temp did it get to when you were doing the bacon ?

                    No I warm smoked it. Did on lowest setting. Was about 180-200. Prob a little rushed, but still good. A little salty, but good. Have read everything from hot smoke for 3 hours to cold smoke for 2 days. Started a little late in the day, so that dictated the warmer smoke. Thanks for the points Scar, (now that I know what they are, haha).
