Me being entry level at the sausage gig, it grinds & stuffs really good. Maybe as I progress i'll look at something else. For now it handles all we want!
Texas-Hunter 03-07-2009, 12:08 PM Thats not a bad deal for those of you that want to get into making small batches of sausage 5, or 10 lbs. at a time.. Plus it does not take up the alot of space..

I got it bad.
I will recomend staying away from the mixes an sticking with the homemade batches. I just got a bad batch of mix and it cost me 30lb of ground pork butt

Did that machine come with the stuffing tubes? The web site doesn't say but Looks like there is just one, shown with the machine. Not at all a bad price........ I've got the sausage fever now after being on these sites. That one would handle what i need to do
10-15 lbs. at a time no problem. Thanks for the post points
