    Hi everyone
    Camera still is on the fritz,that is why the gap in pics and lack of.I bought 4 loins from Food for Less for 1.58 a pound.Trimmed cut in half weighed and rubbed with the appropriate amount of Tenderquick.Left them in the cure for 7 days,soaked for 2 1/2hrs.I bought some netting from Allied-Kenco and used E-rain's world famous funnel thingy out of one of my wifes place mats.Thank's E.The first couple were a little sketchy but then me and my son got in a rhythm.The hooks I got from Midwestern,they worked slick on the triangle smoke sticks.I'm becoming a fan of the Nectarine It's kinda sweet tasting.Thank's for looking

                  If you had a butt in one of them nets wouldn't it look like a Whitesnake videoDepends on the butt I guessI should be hooked up on CB and ends for beans.Thanks for the comments guys.

                    looks great. Like the netting too. Other than appearance, did you notice any difference by doing this way? Better flavor or smoke penetration? Just thinking out loud and whether it's worth trying.

                    Have to make more soon. I'm all out.

                      It seemed to take on more smoke.But that could have been me.I used the big smoker instead of the Smoke Hollow.They also seem to have a bit more of a rind.But that too could have been the difference in smokers.Turned out good all in all I would do it that way again.
