Absolutely! I use it on the pork and ribs, and mix a bit of it in my brisket rub.

It's getting closer... 1.5 weeks and counting... got some butterflies happenin'!

FYI, this one is a bit different than the others I've attended... setup is on Saturday, turn ins are Sunday. Usually it's a Friday/Saturday deal, giving me Sunday to recoup. Might have to take the Monday after off...
