  • KCBS contest in Franklin, NC

Well this was our 2nd KCBS contest and we ended up 9th overall out of 53 cookers. Our best finish was a 7th in brisket. Great place to have a contest.

I frequent two bbq boards...this one and one that is local to SC. Without the help and tips from both boards I would still be on a kettle (nothing wrong with a kettle now) with hamburgers and hotdogs! Thanks much to you all for your help and guidance!!
